Banana kofta will be a new preparation for you. Have you gone with banana
kofta ever. Yes Raw green Banana. How you may find it to be in kofta. Won't get the
menu in restaurant so make your kitchen a special restaurant. Start to make
Banana Kofta.
Ingredients:
- Green Banana one
- Onion Two
- Tomato one
- Green chilli as per your taste
- Maida two spoon
- Cornflour one spoon
- Kitchen King one spoon or garam masala powder
- Cinnamon stick two small
- Clove four
- Coriander one spoon
- Cumin seed one spoon
- Ginger chopped little
- Garlic eight cloves for grinding and three cloves chopped
- Chilli powder one spoon
- Turmeric powder quarter spoon
- Cashew twenty grams
- Salt to taste

Preparation:
Grate banana in grater.
Mix grated banana with one chopped onion and chopped green chilli. Add
maida and corn flour to it. Make a mixture of all without adding water. Will
get a thick dough. Make a round of the dough and fry all the round dough in oil
till golden brown. Keep aside.

Heat two spoon of oil, add cinnamon stick,clove, Cumin seed and
coriander seed stir add onion and garlic, fry till the onion changes it colour
add chopped tomato. Fry till tomato melts a little.
Cool it and make a paste of the fried one and keep aside.
Heat the cashew in the same pan after removing the onion and others for making
the paste. Keep aside by grinding it with little milk.

Final patch up.
Heat three spoon of oil add chopped Ginger, chopped garlic(three cloves). When
raw flavour goes add the onion paste which you grinded first. Fry a little and
add garam masala or kitchen King, turmeric powder, chilli powder. Fry for 2-3
minutes add little water and boil it. Add water to your requirement of
gravy. When it will boil add the banana ball to it. Add the cashew paste
mix well and cover the pan with lid on slow flame for five minutes. Your Banana Kofta ready to eat with Roti, Rice, Bread, Chapathi.
